Cancellation Policy
Here at Mountain Vet Care, our goal is to provide the best veterinary care to all of our patients and pet parents. Appointments are scheduled with that in mind and reserved just for you and your furry family member!​

We understand that life happens and from time to time it maybe necessary to reschedule an appointment. To ensure the needs of our patients and pet parents are meet we require at least 24 hours' notice should the appointment need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Providing us with advanced notice affords us the ability to accommodate other pet parents the chance to reserve this time which may allow their pet to be seen sooner.
We will consider the appointment a "missed appointment" if 24 hours' notice is not given or there is a failure to show up and a $50 (plus tax) may be charged. To help safeguard our unique on-call service for other patients, if an emergency/after hours appointment is booked and a doctor was available and expecting to see your pet after hours the full emergency/after hours fee will be charged.

We are happy to discuss the circumstances surrounding a "missed appointment" and any charges that may be incurred on an individual basis, as we strive to build an everlasting relationship based on transparency and mutual trust.
